    The Minas Gerais region of Brazil is the largest coffee-growing state in Brazil and accounts for nearly 50% of the country’s production. It also happens to be a major source of Brazilian specialty coffee.

    Brazilian coffees are known for a pronounced nuttiness, as well as their perfection of the natural processing method which allows for a intensity of flavor notes and unmatched smoothness.This natural processed coffee ferments for 14 days, to break down sugars into the seed, and then is sun-dried on raised beds.
